Andrew Inkpen holds the Seward Chair in Global Strategy at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University.
Dr. Inkpen teaches a variety of strategy and energy courses, including the Global Energy Industry, Competitive Strategy, and Global Strategy. He also teaches in a variety of Executive Education Programs at Thunderbird. He is the Academic Director for the Exxon Mobil General Leadership Program and the ExxonMobil Gas Business Fundamentals Program.
He has written several books on the oil and gas industry. He is a co-author of The Global Oil and Gas Industry: Management, Strategy, and Finance, published by Pennwell) and has a new book coming out in 2017 called The Oil and Gas Industry: Case Studies from the Field, also published by Pennwell.
